【摘要】:ISO14229specifiesdatalinkindependentrequirementsofdiagnosticservices,whichallowadiagnostictester(client)tocontroldiagnosticfunctionsinanon-vehicleElectronicControlUnit(server)suchasanelectronicfuelinjection,automaticgearbox,anti-lockbrakingsystem,etc.connectedonaserialdatalinkembeddedinaroadvehicle.Itspecifiesgenericserviceswhichallowthediagnostictester(client)tostoportoresumenondiagnosticmessagetransmissiononthedatalink.ISO14229doesnotapplytonon-diagnosticmessagetransmissionortouseofthecommunicationdatalinkbetweentwoElectronicControlUnits.Itdoesnotspecifyanyimplementationrequirements.ThevehiclediagnosticarchitectureofISO14229appliesto:--asingletester(client)thatmaybetemporarilyorpermanentlyconnectedtotheon-vehiclediagnosticdatalink;and--severalon-vehicleElectronicControlUnits(servers)connecteddirectlyorindirectly.

【摘要】:Theuseofthisguideisvoluntaryandisintendedforuseasaproceduresguideforselectionandapplicationofspecifictypesofstraingagesforhigh-temperatureinstallations.Noattemptismadetorestrictthetypeofstraingagetypesorconceptstobechosenbytheuser.Theprovisionsofthisguidemaybeinvokedinspecificationsandproceduresbyspecifyingthosewhichshallbeconsideredmandatoryforthepurposeofthespecificapplication.Whensoinvoked,theusershallincludeintheworkstatementanotationthatprovisionsofthisguideshownasrecommendationshallbeconsideredmandatoryforthepurposesofthespecificationorprocedureconcerned,andshallincludeastatementofanyexceptionstoormodificationsoftheaffectedprovisionsofthisguide.1.1Thispracticecoverstheselectionandapplicationofstraingagesandassociatedinstrumentationforthemeasurementofstaticstrainuptoandincludingthetemperaturerangefrom425to650176C(800to1200176F).Thispracticereflectssomecurrentstate-of-the-arttechniquesinhightemperaturestrainmeasurement,andwillbeexpandedandupdatedasnewtechnologydevelops.1.2ThispracticeassumesthattheuserisfamiliarwiththeuseofbondedstraingagesandassociatedsignalconditioningandinstrumentationasdiscussedinRefs.(1)and(2).Thestrainmeasuringsystemsdescribedarethosethathaveproveneffectiveinthetemperaturerangeofinterestandwereavailableatthetimeofissueofthispractice.Itisnottheintentofthispracticetolimittheusertooneofthegagetypesdescribednorisittheintenttospecifythetypeofsystemtobeusedforaspecificapplication.However,inusinganystrainmeasuringsystemincludingthosedescribed,theproposermustbeabletodemonstratethecapabilityoftheproposedsystemtomeettheselectioncriteriaprovidedinSection5andtheneedsofthespecificapplication.1.3Thedevicesandtechniquesdescribedinthispracticemaybeapplicableattemperaturesaboveandbelowtherangenoted,andformakingdynamicstrainmeasurementsathightemperatureswithproperprecautions.Thegagemanufacturershouldbeconsultedforrecommendationsanddetailsofsuchapplications.1.4ThereferencesareapartofthispracticetotheextentspecifiedinthetextandAppendixesX1throughX5.1.5Thevaluesstatedinmetric(SI)unitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationpurposesonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
