【摘要】:1.1Thefollowingrequirementsapplyforthemanufactureofweight-shift-controlaircraft.ThisspecificationincludesAircraftOperatingInstructions(AOI)andFlightTrainingSupplement(FTS)requirementsforaircraftthatweredesignedandmanufacturedinaccordancewithASTMStandards.1.1.1Thisspecificationcoverstheminimumrequirementsforinformationthatshallbeprovidedbythemanufacturerorsellerofnewlightsportaircraft,engines,orpropellersasapartoftheinitialsaleortransfertothefirst-enduser.1.1.2Thisspecificationdoesnotapplytothesaleortransferofusedlightsportaircraft,engines,orpropellers.1.2Thisspecificationappliestoaircraftseekingcivilaviationauthorityapproval,intheformofflightcertificates,flightpermits,orotherlikedocumentation.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
