【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforclassificationoftubularfluxandmetalcoredelectrodesandrods,basedontheall-weldmetalchemicalcomposition,thetypeofelectrodecore,shieldinggas,weldingpositionandtheall-weldmetalmechanicalproperties,intheas-weldedorheat-treatedconditions,forgasshieldedandnon-gasshieldedmetalarcweldingofstainlessandheat-resistingsteels.ThisInternationalStandardisacombinedstandardprovidingforclassificationutilizingasystembaseduponnominalcompositionorutilizingasystembaseduponalloytype.a)Clauses,subclauses,andtableswhichcarrythesuffixletter“A”areapplicableonlytoproductsclassifiedusingthesystembaseduponnominalcomposition.b)Clauses,subclauses,andtableswhichcarrythesuffixletter“B”areapplicableonlytoproductsclassifiedusingthesystembaseduponalloytype.c)Clauses,subclauses,andtableswhichdonothaveeitherthesuffixletter“A”orthesuffixletter“B”areapplicabletoalltubularcoredelectrodesclassifiedinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandard.Itisrecognizedthattheoperatingcharacteristicsoftubularcoredelectrodescanbemodifiedbytheuseofpulsedcurrent.However,thisInternationalStandarddoesnotusepulsedcurrentfordeterminingtheelectrodeclassification.
