【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestotheemission(radiatedandconducted)ofradiofrequencydisturbancesfrom:–alllightingequipmentwithaprimaryfunctionofgeneratingand/ordistributinglightintendedforilluminationpurposes,andintendedeitherforconnectiontothelowvoltageelectricitysupplyorforbatteryoperation;–thelightingpartofmulti-functionequipmentwhereoneoftheprimaryfunctionsofthisisillumination;–independentauxiliariesexclusivelyforusewithlightingequipment;–UVandIRradiationequipment;–neonadvertisingsigns;–street/floodlightingintendedforoutdooruse;–transportlighting(installedinbusesandtrains).Excludedfromthescopeofthisstandardare:–lightingequipmentoperatingintheISMfrequencybands(asdefinedinResolution63(1979)oftheITURadioRegulation);–lightingequipmentforaircraftandairports;–apparatusforwhichtheelectromagneticcompatibilityrequirementsintheradio-frequencyrangeareexplicitlyformulatedinotherIECorCISPRstandards.Thefrequencyrangecoveredis9kHzto400GHz.Multi-functionequipmentwhichissubjectedsimultaneouslytodifferentclausesofthisstandardand/orotherstandardsshallmeettheprovisionsofeachclause/standardwiththerelevantfunctionsinoperation.Thelimitsinthisstandardhavebeendeterminedonaprobabilisticbasistokeepthesuppressionofdisturbanceswithineconomicallyreasonablelimitswhilestillachievinganadequatelevelofradioprotectionandelectromagneticcompatibility.Inexceptionalcases,additionalprovisionsmayberequired.
