【摘要】:Thisstandardisintendedtoserveasaguideinthecoordinationofsystemdesign,tominimizethevarietyofprogrammanuscriptsrequired,topromoteuniformityofprogrammingtechniques,andtofosterinterchangeabilityofinputdatabetweennumericallycontrolledmachinesofthesameclassificationbytype,processfunction,size,andaccuracy.Itisintendedthatsimplenumericallycontrolledmachinesbeprogrammedusingasimpleformat,whichissystematicallyexpandableformorecomplexmachines.Thisstandardapplieswhereveravariableblockdataformatisusedwithnumericallycontrolledmachines.Thevariableblockdataformat,asdescribedinthefollowingsections,maybeusedinterchangeablyamongnumericallycontrolledmachineswithcompatibleinputmediaandwhichconformtothesameFormatClassificationasshowninAppendixA.(NOTE:Thedegreeofinterchangeabilitywilldependontheconformityofthemachineswithrespecttofunction,capacity,range,horsepower,geometricrelationshipofaxes,preparatory,miscellaneous,andtoolingfunctions,anduseofabsoluteorincrementaldimensions.)Ifperforatedtapeisusedastheinputmedium,itshallbeinaccordancewithEIAAutomationBulletin3C"GlossaryofTermsforNumericallyControlledMachines"ThedefinitionoftermsusedinthisstandardareinaccordancewithEIAAutomationBulletin3C"GlossaryofTermsforNumericallyControlledMachines."AxisandmotionnomenclatureusedinthisstandardisinaccordancewithEIAStandardRS-267-A"AxisandMotionNomenclatureforNumericallyControlledMachines."Revisionstothesestandardswillbeproposedastechnicalprogresswarrantsorasfuturestandardsareadoptedwhichconflictwiththesestandards.
